DFA field staff will assist members to resolve quality issues; however, members with chronic milk
quality deductions are subject suspension of their DFA marketing agreement. Member is solely responsible for all loss or damage for milk being rejected by a manufacturing facility due to failure to meet quality conditions and standards, including the cost of any loss in milk value , additional hauling and disposal of milk. Members would not be eligible for any premiums for the month beginning with the second and including any subsequent rejected loads in a 12-month period. |
